    it might not be your crank bearing, it might be your connecting rod bearing. if your gonna tear it all the way down to there you might as well wait till you tear it down to find out what it is...

    seems to me your getting all diffrent answeres, hahahaha well if you can afford it, the very best option is ALWAYS replace it, just like if you worked at a dealer, what would you do, youde replace it....

    well splitting the case isnt too bad if you have a service manuel. i just did mine a while ago. and am puttin in a stroker next week. if you do split it take pictures, thats what i didnt do, defineatly do that...
