Which month is it?

I know that 500 musta been sick, Mickey said top speed on that thing is like 90 MPH. The parts he used anyone can get, it's a bigbear/kodiak cylinder, & rod, which happen to be about 3 or 4 mm taller then the warrior, stock warrior crank stroked to 77mm, and the Kodiak cylinder resleeved and bored to 90mm that brings displacement up to 490cc, and that still leaves a 1mm overbore which will end up at 501cc.

a guy i worked with had one for a while, he trail rode it for awhile, then he sold it to another guy i worked with, and he eventually blew it up, but they were like the 3rd and 4th owners so who the hell knows what might of happend to it before hand

I think you need the kodiak 400 cam chain as well, along with cylinder and rod.

This is the parts you would need from yamaha to do it.. This doesn't include the custom piston, gaskets (custom base and headgasket), oversized sleeve, machining of windage tray, case to except the jug, cylinder bored and new sleeve pressed in from FST or where ever you decide to have it done.
I can see this getting very expensive pretty quick.

for someone that really wants to build this you'd want a good cam, valve springs, have the head ported and bigger intake valve installed. Also get an aftermarket carb other then a edelbrock as it would be to small. I'd go with 38-40mm fzr. Good free flowing intake and exhaust system as well. I bet you'd see about 50 hp or so.
