Posted a thread awhile back about my buddys big bear 400 and the chain tensioner setup he had. Needless to say he bought the bike with the tensioner like this and the previous owner said he never touched the motor since the day it was bought. Be careful buying used i guess goes without saying.

Just a couple quick pictures i took of what i got done today, Getting the timing chain changed hooking up a thumb throttle instead of twist getting the drive chain and sprockets off and putting +2 wheel spacers. I hate waiting for parts :argh:

Just had a 2 stroke mechanic look at my bike and notice that it has what he said was a big 2 stroke carburetor. This would definatly explain why it has a stutter at mid range. Should i try to jet it or get a used carb? Also i never heard of the manufacturer.

Having a hard time getting the push button start to work when i hit it i hear a click from i believe the solenoid but it also feels like it comes from a wiring connection from right behind the solenoid.
