have a warrior with an old 39mm keihin slide carburetor and i think im having an issue with the pilot jet. It wont start cold at all and i have to get pull started and it seems like it floods out if im riding for more then 20 minutes. Changed the main jet down quite a ways and it made a difference but it still isnt right. The pilot jet i have in there now is a 50 and the one out of my friends 350 raptor is a 22.5. Anyone running a similar carburetor with mild bore and a cam what size jets are you using. Thanks

Similar as far as the a/f screw and idle screw, but the choke isnt a lever. Seems that the person i bought the bike from had the idle way up cause i noticed alot of gap in the slide so i lowered it and it starts alot better now. If i gun it from an idle it hesitates and spits gas so i went and bought a 42 pilot and im gonna see how that works over the weekend
