Gotta use a inch/lb wrench for torque values that low. Torque wrenches get more inaccurate the closer they are to the extremes of their range.

It sounds like it is overflowing instead of leaking. I would think it has to be something with the needle or float. Since you have adjusted the float already I would look to the needle valve. Could possibly be the float taking on fuel affecting its buoyancy. Sent from my SM-S320VL using...

^ but I can't see any benefit from adjust on the fly. You can only get a suspension so well tuned, and once it is dialed it is dialed. I bet you could build a awfully nice suspension for the cost of a air system and spring/shock. Sometimes you just wanna see if you can do something though...

There are all kinds of stainless headers and exhausts for cars and trucks. Usually 304 stainless, and many are ceramic coated over the stainless to provide a similar effect to wrap (keep under hood temps lower, and keep the exhaust gases hotter for higher velocity).
