My oil had about 2 hrs on it when I drained it. It was already black and gross looking. Should I do some sort of flush? If so how?

Is there a way to remove the long needle for replacement without removing all the linkage on the side of the carb? Forgive the stupid question. .....

Having a few issues guys.......just when I thought I was almost done with this thing. Fired it up and its pissing gas out the overflow. Tapped the bowl and it seemed to slow down so im thinking the float is sticking. Is there a way to set float hight? Also, my neural light gets a lot brighter...

While checking things out on the dutchman today I looked at the cam, gear and chain. All look to be quite new. The guy I got it from said it was rebuilt. My question is this: I can see the cam through the valve cover but cant see any markings. Any way to tell what it is without taking the head...

Does it matter what way the tuning plates go on the end of the pipe? They are kinda tapered

I have an fmf slip on im gonna be installing. Is there supposed to be a gasket where it meets the head pipe? Stock one seems to big. Also, what clamp is used? Stock one seems to big as well.
