He also included four stickers for my bike. Thanks a lot oldwarriorrider, I really appreciate it. Here's a picture of cam, box and stickers.

That would be sweet man!! Most of them Ive found on ebay are either wrong years, dont know the year, or think its gold trying to get new price!!
