It sounds like it is overflowing instead of leaking. I would think it has to be something with the needle or float. Since you have adjusted the float already I would look to the needle valve. Could possibly be the float taking on fuel affecting its buoyancy.

May be able to set it on vehicle dash in the sun with the windows rolled up to help soften rubber. Could also use a hair dryer or heat gun, just don't get carried away.
^ but I can't see any benefit from adjust on the fly. You can only get a suspension so well tuned, and once it is dialed it is dialed. I bet you could build a awfully nice suspension for the cost of a air system and spring/shock. Sometimes you just wanna see if you can do something though...
