hey after getting my intake polished ive noticed that when riding in sixth gear full throttle my engine starts to hesitat and stumble....its not till i back off the throttle and push it in slowly that it will start to run right....top end is stumbling in sixth gear.....i have the biggest needle...
must have been too much power hahaha.....wish the sproket would have stripped instead of the keys on the shaft....would have made the fix just alittle bit easier
ive tripled checked the clutch to make sure everything was adjusted properly...i dont even think the clutch was the problem to begin with because the problem just happened all of a sudden (running the quad one second and then it just quit moving on me)...i can shift gears but there isnt any gear...
well for the last couple of months i thought my clutch was slipping when i shifted into 2nd-6th.....then a week ago my quad just quit moving when i put it into gear....i replaced the clutch and everything is put back together correctly....the problem is i can put the quad in gear and push it...
DP should be the best cause it costs $160......on the other hand you could get an EBC for $70.00 on ebay and that comes with stiffer springs and a new clutch cover gasket...thats what i did
hey i know that your not suppose to run amsoil when breaking in a new piston...but in my situation i am in the process of getting a new clutch...if i run amsoil from the start will it mess anything up??..also where is the 4-stroke 20w50?? all i can find in amsoil 4-stroke is 0w40??
