I ended up pulling half of the threads out of one of the bolt holes that holds the exhaust valve cover on. I have asked a few people and they say you can't re thread it. Any suggestions would help?

Somehow when I did my rebuild I lost the intake valve, adjustment screw and lock nut. If someone has a cracked head or something I would greatly appreciate it.

Well got my new cases in so I tore into the old one. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Oh and just for thought, I rode it with it like this for about five miles on paved road. Cant believe it didnt do anymore damage.

This is just crazy..I just dropped another 200 in the bike on some stuff..gaskets and piston rings being the main problem. Well after everthing was set I went at torquing the head bolts. Looked in the manual on here, page 79, and it says to be set at 29 ft lbs torq. So I went at it..thinking it...

Well then, I bought a new relay and a new starter. It still just pops the relay when i try to start it. I must be in the wiring. The bolts under the battery are rusted on now. Please someone tell me whats wrong.
