    91 Warrior rebuild

Where are you at on the clip position? What is your main jet size? Idle circuit jet? How many turns out on the air screw? That's good that there is a pic, can you make it a cleaner shot that shows the color at the tip? And also at the inner porcelain? (The background messed with the...

Can you post a close up pic of the spark plug? That'll show a lot of info, too. -Rhyno

    91 Warrior rebuild

Can I suggest raising the needle, first? That'll entail lowering the clip on the needle. I'd try one position at a time until it's maxed out or improves. And then I'd spend money on jets and put the needle clip back into the middle and start the process, again. Of course that's after...

I forgot to add.... on the CFM calculator, mess around with different RPM values, and also different CC values. There is an option to do Cubic Inches vs Cubic Centimeters.

    91 Warrior rebuild

You're doing a fine job with your rebuild. It looks nice. :iagree: I wanted to add some things, that haven't been suggested by anybody else. A lot of people, in a lot of different motorsports, "OVER-CARB" their engine. Once that is done, more and different performance problems happen...

Sounds like a perfect candidate for the "additional steel" trick.

    Help choosing K&N Intake

The Outwears, that everybody is talking about, are good. I use a sized QQ Knee High Panty Hose. I think that they are better, because they are less money, and have been around longer. Yes they are disposable, too. Good Luck...... Size QQ are for the BIG GIRLS........

    Interior frame rust.....

Maybe I should have gotten more Technical, when I mentioned "Exotic." "Exotic" meaning the Metallurgy. (4130, Stainless, or some other Chrome recipe) Exotics need special "Procedures" for welding, too. I don't know what the frame is, but typically you won't find real "Exotics" on...

    Interior frame rust.....

He's pumping you full of bull$hit. Be careful of him...... And his welds are sub-standard. They are a series of cold lapped Tacks with craters. Your frame isn't "exotic" enough to worry about it, though. It'll probably never be a problem, again. -Rhyno On Edit: $40 is a good deal...

    Interior frame rust.....

Make sure and drill some 1/16" drain holes, in the low points. I have them in all of my machines. Or, make sure that you stay out of the water. :haha: -Rhyno

    need help with electrical

Yes, the spare (and new) pickup and stator, that came with mine, mounts too far away from the flywheel. I don't have a spec for it, either. I haven't tried to fix it, though. It sits on the self. -Rhyno

    Can you?...

Was the dirt holding the brushes from making good contact or was it the oxidation on the contacts? -Rhyno
