if it starts when you jump start but not by the button its most likely your source coil you can check it with a multimeter to see if its out of spec

the rear you just unscrew the big nuts, and theres enough room to slide the spring retainer out without a spring compressor.

yea you can take the springs off, you have to compress them and slide the spring retainer thing out not hard if you have a spring compressor.

i bought mine cause i got a good deal on it. when i first put it on i could tell a difference in the upper rpm's. it had a little gain in power not much but some. if you find one for a good deal id say get it cause they do look good and wont rust out like the stock one.

use oven cleaner to take it off, it will melt right off..

i heard that a oem clutch is the best to go with.

i always got allballs bearings they come with the bearings and seals. and you get a nice sticker too!! lol

pretty cool.. did you make a template or somthing to get the holes align?

cause dirtbike motors dont have a counter balancer, like a atv. if you look at the trx250,lt250,lt500 and tecate 4 they all have balancers.
