I would go for it. A WII is eh. I have one. My little sis took it when she moved out, and hasn't touched it in about a year. The blasty is super easy to work on, and cheap cheap cheap! You can rebuild the top end with a bore job for around 100. Maybe 120. Do it hauler. Besides, although it is a 2 smoke, a biginner can ride it. Great little bike to have for visiting friends/family.

is the oil injection reliable on the blasty?
or should I just pre mix?
and from what you seen and heard in the video does she sound healthy?and worth while?

It looks like one of the oil injection hoses. Does the other one go to the oil tank in back? If so that one goes to a nipple on the side of the carb or the cylinder boot. Just need to ditch it and remove the oil injection pump and install a block off plate under that side case and then pre-mix about 30:1
