there is a small"key"either it if square or half round"i'm not sure with the warrior.the flywheel and crank both have a gruve cut in them.the keys lock's them together and also position's them together in the wright alignment.

first gear in an atv is worthless!!!!i don't even start out in first on my 4x4 rancher.there is too much gap between first and second.if you are going slower than 3mph you can put it in first but that's it.

i agree.a dirty filer or cheep one "k&n"will ruin your motor.get a uni and after it get's alittle dirty clean it and re oil it.i clean mine with gas in a coffee jug and then use good filer oil.

if you have a good battery in it then just bypass everything and use a jumper wire to the starter.now as you are cranking it check and make sure you arn't getting spark.if you arnt then you need to track down all of the wire's that you don't have hooked up and figure out what they are for.most...

check to see if you are getting power to that wire when you try to pull start it.

do you have the other wire hooked up too?i thought they have 2 wires.you have to have the ground wire hooked up aslo.the power wire needs to be hooked up to the coil.

?i don't understand the question.there is a power wire and a ground.some of the aftermarket coils only have one plug on them.if that's the case you need to make a jumper wire from the oem groung wire to the coil and make sure the coil is grounded good.
