I bought one for my 02, they sent the Raptor style. After getting the intake boot and putting it on. It runs better than it ever has. It's been sitting now since Memorial Day weekend. Been playing on the wave Raider on the lake all summer. Went out yesterday and it fired right up.

I put one of these Zoom Zoom's on my Warrior. Granted the eBay seller sent me the Raptor style, once I got the intake boot it's great. Had it since Early March and my warrior runs better than it ever did. Had it in some sticky places too, lots of deep mud at a local truck 4x4 area, sand, hills...

Just ran across this thread, I got to say I bought mine with it on there. I like it but there are those "OH ****" moments when it get hairy.

Any word on why it's bogging out yet? Mine started doing the same thing. Idles like a champ, but as soon as you throttle it, it dies.

This was my problem the guy I bought mine from had already bypassed and I'm thinking after all the work I've done to it I loosened the wires and no clue to the color wires I needed to find to check. Now if I can figure out why the bike shuts off as soon as you shift to reverse. Lol thanks for...

Ok, having this problem with my 03 Warrior. But the clutch perch has already been replaced by the previous owner. I'm thinking that the wires might have either reconnected, or loosened up. So what I need to ask us, what color are the wires I'm looking for? And which ones need to be wired...

Well mines acting strange too, brand new battery, new Starter relay, top end rebuild. Most of the time the Starter relay will just "BUZZZZZ". Bad battery maybe? Oh yeah, all electrical connections have been cleaned and Di electric greasy applied

Ok reassembling both warriors this week. Just had a thought and thought I'd ask. What do you guys think is the best way to break in a new set of rings on these things? Every race car engine I've ever built I break them in home I'm going to run them. But I'm not sure how these engines and rings...

Ok I'll check for pressure when I get it all put back together. That bolt where you do that, can it support a oil pressure gauge?

Yeah tipped it back on the grab bar for 5 minutes and took the air filter out to dry it before starting. I'm wondering if the cold water might have soften the rings or the cylinder. Hoping to get it torn down this week to figure it out and order parts.

Ok a unfortunate thing had to put my warrior off in a stream to avoid a high speed crash. I am not sure If I got the engine shut off first, or if it died from the water. But after fishing it out, draining all the fluids, removing the spark plug and blowing the water out of it. It still runs...
