I bought one for my 02, they sent the Raptor style. After getting the intake boot and putting it on. It runs better than it ever has. It's been sitting now since Memorial Day weekend. Been playing on the wave Raider on the lake all summer. Went out yesterday and it fired right up.

This was my problem the guy I bought mine from had already bypassed and I'm thinking after all the work I've done to it I loosened the wires and no clue to the color wires I needed to find to check. Now if I can figure out why the bike shuts off as soon as you shift to reverse. Lol thanks for...
Ok, having this problem with my 03 Warrior. But the clutch perch has already been replaced by the previous owner. I'm thinking that the wires might have either reconnected, or loosened up. So what I need to ask us, what color are the wires I'm looking for? And which ones need to be wired...

Well mines acting strange too, brand new battery, new Starter relay, top end rebuild. Most of the time the Starter relay will just "BUZZZZZ". Bad battery maybe?
Oh yeah, all electrical connections have been cleaned and Di electric greasy applied
Ok reassembling both warriors this week. Just had a thought and thought I'd ask. What do you guys think is the best way to break in a new set of rings on these things? Every race car engine I've ever built I break them in home I'm going to run them. But I'm not sure how these engines and rings...
