Warrior sputtering when holding throttle in one position?

Could this be the float?

it wouldnt be the float all the float does is regulate how much fuel goes into the bowl.

Float height WILL affect rich/lean conditions.

Ok update I have gotten rid of the smoke problem but I still have the stutter I put in a new plug. It almost acts as if its getting to much fuel but there's no smoke comming out of the exhaust. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks in advanced

It isn't the exhaust I just put the stock one back on still no change

It sputters more as it gets warmer. So far new rings, top end gaskets, stator rebuilt carb, I've adjusted the valves, with no change would I need to adjust needle and float? I'm at wits end with this thing

Make sure your float height is correct and what groove is your needle set at?

Stock bore I have needle on the third groove I left the float alone how do I check where it needs to be and how to adjust it to where it needs to be?

how to set height,take off bowl, invert carb and measure from bowl surface to top ( actually bottom) of float. Bend tang to adjust. .45-.53 inch or 11.4-13.4 mm

What do you mean you "took some air to it"? Is it stock and are you using the air box lid?
