Before you make your decision, just take a stock banshee in good condition for a ride.
You will absolutely fall in love with it.
Cant go wrong with them.
I do love the 250r's and the lt-500r but all that **** is old and 1993 was the last year for
all of those.

Yamaha still sold the banshee up until 2010 or 2011 in mexico.
Damn EPA screwed it up for everybody here back in 2006

I meant 250r's in general lt-250r and honda, along with the tecate.
Basically ts been around 20 years since production for most 250 2t.

thats what keeps me from buying them remembering how my 88 banshee was and just what the warrior took after only having it 10 years. maybe if i had more money to be able to affore a complete restoration

The LT250's after 89' are the ones you want.. Like I said earlier in the thread, I had 2 of them. An 89', and a 91'..
The 91' was a different quad than the 89'. Way nicer.
I love the old 250 Zuki's. I'd buy one again in a heartbeat!!

The tecate 4 is a bitch'n quad to, but good luck finding parts for it..
