nah this is still the hot cam. im gonna wait till after i fix the trans to test the cam because then i can get a honest feel for how it runs now.

wow this thread is way way way behind....

motor went back together, still together and runs like a scalded dog.

changed cams to a white brothers 1905 grind.

changed to the custom head pipe Pat built me.

put in lightened Rocker arms with a plesently surprising amount of gain in respoce and over all quickness.

also changed to a 1.2 lbs lithium ion battery from balistic racing.

and relocated the battery, and all electronics to the front of the frame just behind the lower rear a arm mount. and shortened the wireing harness along with deleting all the safty switches, park brake, reverse light, neutral light and all of those switches.

its looking more and more like a bare bones racer every day.

Damn Weston you have had a lot of dark secrets behind those doors lol it's a great idea and would cut back on a lot o your electrical problems I like the head pipe design as well, more race only it looks wicked

Lmao yea... I haven't ever really let the cat out of the bag just yet either. There is much bigger things to come from a warrior chassis that may or may not be put in a thread on here.

This quad is sick on so many levels, Awesome work!!! I went back and read the whole build, The Idea with the subframe rocks, Houser Racing makes the same concept for TRX's.

I sure don't have that cam. Sorry, it was called for before I swapped it.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I have a few more parts coming this week too

Just what does that AMP link do? I can see how it should make the front sprocket last longer...

It keeps the chain parallel to the swing arm so it doesn't tighten and loosen depending on wee the rear suspension is in its travel. Allows you to run less slack in the chain and solves the 660/chain roller issue all together in one swoop.

That and I got tired of re welding the lower chain roller on.... I've broke it off 3 times now..

That is a sweet ride. I was fairly happy with mine til I see pictures like these. Time to sell a kid and start adding go fast and look nice parts.

Weston I love this warrior, One of my favorites. I got to ask you, Where did you get the small ASV decals?? I have the Pro pack on my 660 and they came with the big decals, So did the brake lever on my 350.
