Ya I agree, do it on the ground,,if it still trys to move then on right side of motor is the clutch cable,,lossen the nut on rear side of braket= towards rear tires,,,all the way off and start tightening the nut on opposite side to apply more tension. If you have to run it all the way out then you may need new clutch pack.Adjust screw at clutch lever to were you have a 1/4" play,,it for slack so your cable dosnt bind during steering..
