i like how the engines lookin and i know what you mean on a perty piston youll never see agian. looks like things are startin to really come together.
 
Holy crap man. Who ever did you work did a killer job! Never seen a jug look that good! The porting looks well done too. Killer stuff!
 
motor is in!!

well tonight i got the motor in the monster, and also got the clutch installed. them new springs are alot stiffer than the stock ones :/.... hope its not to hard to pull the clutch. im workin on it now and im getting the clutch cover cleaned up and installing that.

also in this pic i installed an extra steel plate. you can kinda see the space in the middle of the clutch pack. man i wanna ride this thing!! shes finally coming together. oh and i also wanna say that the shop who did my motor, again is awesome! it took him only 4 days to complete all the work! also it frickin started snowing here today! i love snow ridin!
 
Nice. Almost done! Hey PM me dude. I got an extra Magura hydraulic clutch I could part with. (needs rebuild but I'm gettin my rebuilt, could get them both done)

That swinger is ridiculous.

my good ole 87. she looks good but her heart is hurtin sorta speak haha the crank and rod is really knocking....:(:cry: so after this monster build looks like the cases are gettin split. F@&K! maybe ill just get a stoker for it eh?

my bro inlaws 88 warrior. hes waitin for the motor to get done. then hes trading it??:???: dont ask, i tried telling him he should keep it since the damn motor is brand new now! but what do i know ive only rebuilt 3 diff. warriors.... kids these days lol hes gettin a polaris 400 2 stoke. for some reason he thinks he will beat me now.... ummm i dont think so its more of the rider than the quad. i raced at this labor day festival where i live this past year. there were 14 quads in my class(100cc to 400cc). 8 of them were 400 ex's. i got 3rd out of 14. not to bad for a mostly stock warrior huh. my 87 never lets me down! haha

well since im runnin witht the lid off i got a lil breather for the case tube. what ya guys think? i think it looks pretty good next to the monster pro design

it makes it look more modified haha. i tryin to deal with kyler on some trades maybe. so we'll see what happens at that. im also sellin 2 exhaust pipes and set of new rear tires and wheels for 200. so that should get me the bearings for the swinger, and i also need sprockets and chain.... and pipe.... and clutch setup...its never ending!
 
oh and BTW deadlast that lectron carb i have is the one without the powerjet and the bitch has a choke!:nanner: im gonna give it a try. i got ahold of a guy from lectron about it. theres only one mixture screw to mess with. so it sounds like they are easy to tune and work with
 
ok guys. i couldnt stand not working on my wardogs since im waiting for money to free up, so i took my good terminator cable off my 87 and put it on the monster to see how stiff the clutch is gonna be. the springs were advertised as 20% stiffer than stock which is good for the clutch never going slip but holy ****! i pulled it 10 times real fast and my forearm was destroyed:eek:hno: theres no way i could ride with this thing with the clutch setup all day long...deadlast i for surely want that!.... u know what haha
 
hang in there guys dont give up on me haha im finally sellin some stuff to get money for this beast. i also have an edle carb, IMS pegs, and gripper seat in the mail. thanks Kyler:tup:. i did get to mount one of the rear Baja wheels on the razr 2's. the wife wont let me have the other wheel(xmas present haha) but ill try and get a daylight pic of em. next on the list is lonestar bearings for this swinger carrier, then maybe ars a arms or if anyone knows anyone who has some lonestar a arms for sale ill def. take em! would match my swinger perfect.....
 
i would go with wicked a-arms! they are really well built!!! i got +3's on mine and can run the stock yfz tie rods and ends so i can run the 12mm upgrade cheap....

got some new parts guys and gals!! came in the mail today from kyler... got an edel carb,FX gripper seat cover, and IMS roll design pegs.... enjoy... finally got er outside to get a good pic..

thanks. ive been to lazy to clean up the fenders haha. but that axle is a durablue eliminator +2+4. that is not the axle i will use. i have a nicer durablue that is chrome plated. the black one is for sale BTW.... the tires are 20x11x9 razr2. after i sell my 87 ill get razr2 and the same baja wheels for the front too. plus im gettin +3 wicked a arms, and im thinkin yfz shocks.... i wanted fox floats but thats alot of money i could spend on something else:)...
 
are those pegs designed for the warrior or did you custom mount those?
 
they are made for the warrior. IMS makes them, but you cant buy them, they r discontinued and dont make them anymore....have to find em used...
