Looking very nice! You'll really like it when you decide to upgrade that cam gain. Also, I forgot to tell you this, but, while you have the head off; take those factory m6 exhaust studs out, drill and tap them for m8x1.25 studs. You'll be happy you did;)

not much of an update, but got the renthal bars, grab bar, twist throttle, and front brake reservoir painted black. also modified the stock clutch perch.

hey guys what do you think about painting the oil cooler, i know it will probably not allow it to function as well but if i just did real light coats you think it would be alright? if it was black it would look so much better.

here is a little edit i did to see what it would look like.(not very good at editing things, would look a lot better actually done but you get the idea)

Did you get the oil pump gasket, too? I sure hope so. Hit or miss if the old one will stay together when you take it off.

no it did not come with one, but i have one coming and it should be here in the next day or two. thats really the last thing i am waiting on then time to start going back together.

for those who run rottella oil is this what you guys are running?

and would you guys recommend that or the Valvoline atv oil?

I prefer the Valvoline ATV oil seems to run better at least in #5 when I ran the Rotella T it ran much hotter so I stick with what #5 likes and that's the Valvoline

I've run the Valvoline before and had no complaints other then a couple of my bikes would smoke a little with it. I run Yamalube.

i was running the rottella before i tore it apart with no complaints was just thinking about switching to something better. hey pat what kind of assembly lube do you use.
