i was out for a ride today and my reverse was working fine i got stuck when i was climbing a hill and it worked fine but now it wont even Engage when you shift to reverse it just revs and i didnt grind the gears while shifting it back when it was working can anyone help me please

I found out that it was the stator it must have got messed up somehow when the key sheared off the flywheel thanks for all the help guys much appreciated

before i rebuilt it it did shear the flywheel key maby that did somthing to it but it was still starting tho and ill look into what you said i bought a new one off ebay just in case to be safe the next thing im going to try is the cdi im pretty sure i read somewhere the warriors are known to...

no i havent ohmed it i dont have a meter for it but its not even a month old and i just used my flywheel and my stator off my old bottom end i have the 2001 warrior so it has a 2001 wiring harness i couldint get a stator from a 1990

i just rebuilt it and i finished it yesterday and theres no spark at all but there is a new stator in it

if its in the engine you might have to split the cases thats the safest way to to it

i just rebuilt my warrior but i used a different bottom end the top end is off a 2001 and the bottom end is a 1990 with a 2001 stator and flywheel could anyone help me i cant figure it out

And what kind of spring compressor tool do i use to compress the springs on the valves?

its a blue color and it is oil and i know its the valve seals and i just wanted to know how to take the rocker arms and pins like do you have to use a pulley to do it ?

yea i did but only one person replied yea i know whats involved to do it but i need to know what else is involved in doing it i never did valve seals before thats why im asking again

my warrior recently started smoking alot when you first start it (cold start) but when it gets warm it goes away im pretty sure its valve seals and does anyone know whats involved to change them ?

Whats up guys i figured out what is was it was the cream color relay where it plugs in the wire comming out of the harness therea blue wire on the plug that it goes into that was split right in half thanks for alll your guys help everything is working fine now ;)

i tried cleaning the contects on the relays and on the plugs but they do look dirty still i used brake cleaner to clean them i cant get with anything to clean them (where the relays plug in ) what should i use ? ill try that tommorw and ill let you guys know
