I think Im running rich ,after rebuilding top end and carb and installing a 150 main with a e series pipe and white racing foam filter, my spark plug is black ,not wet, just lots of carbon. what do I need to to do? carbs are my weak point:argh:

probably 85 for everything

check every wire on your harness mainly by the ones that are by the head ,pipe,etc stuff that gets hot and make sure theres no bare or brittle wires,if your postive on no bad or shorting out wiring and postive its not the carb , buy a used stator , you could always resell it if that doesnt fix...

yup the light grey ,dark grey and yellow and black looked likes a wack rainbow ,so I cut out the light grey frame

yeah I think so , its running good ,lots of power but if I rev it slow it does fine if I hit it real quick it bogs down,but idles fine and starts fine?

ok so I got the chain on engines all back together fired it up and it started leaking oil inbetween head and jug while its running ? what did I do?

I rebuilt the whole topend so everything but the flywheel is off ,I put the topend back together ,installed the camshaft and cant get the chain around the sprocket to install on the cam, the tensioner is out....it keeps getting jamed on the removeable chain slide?????????that slide has to be in...

the lobes or whatever there called where about an eigth of an inch off

Am I missing something or is it just really hard to install the timing chain on the cam sprocket?

so the rocker out of the moto 4 worked but the cams not the same,we just ground it and polished it smooth and hopefully it will work.....
