I'm back it's been a long time. I dug my quads out of the back of the barn. I turned back to this website for help replacing my carrier bearings. It was a success. I Love YFM350!:atv:
Same here. I'm ordering the bearings for my 06 tomorrow and they should be here by Friday. I have a big meet on the 11th. It's crunch time.
I like that pipe tip!
My Carrier bearings went bad and I can't get them out.
:argh:
I got the carrier off and the axle out. The problem is: one bearing fell apart and the outer race and rubber seal is stuck, the other bearing is together but I am not making good progress with a hammer and a chisel from the backside...

For less than $15, you can drop a tooth on your front sprocket. Do you want to tear into your motor, or do you want to do bolt-ons?

Think he's a Saints fan? Looks like there was a sale on black and gold spray paint. I got gold rims on mine but IMO that there's too much gold.
Those grips...
Ya, do a 14. Don't jump 2 teeth, that's a big jump. Just one tooth at a time. These are torquey engines though. So it will always be torquey till ya gear it way up.
Do you get high centered much? I like to ride at Cooper Creek(Deepwater) It's off truman Lake in MO. I was getting high centered a lot so i got taller tires. I wouldn't go taller than 21 in the rear and 22 in the front though. these 22's in the rear and 23's in the front are kinda tippy.
How do you have a 72 on the back? that is huge. Stock is either 13/38 or 13/40. You'll need to take some links out or better yet, get new front & rear sprockets, and a new chain, so all is new. A worn sprocket will wear out a new chain and a worn chain will wear out a new sprocket.
The plastics and the seat are very different. The seat will take some getting used to. It's more rounded on the Raptor and more flat on the Warrior. I feel like i can hang on better on the Raptor. I can wrap my knees around the tank on the raptor.
