What do you mean by faster?
Acceleration or top speed? You can't have both without a massive budget.

air filter, carb rejet (147.5 main), slip on pipe, and a hotcam stage 1 will get it going good. leave it at stock gearing.

For less than $15, you can drop a tooth on your front sprocket. Do you want to tear into your motor, or do you want to do bolt-ons?

Bolt-Ons:

JETS
Re-Jet, and your good to go. A pack of Jets is like $50.

The hardest part of all of this is figuring out the best jets and adjusting the carb. You can find all of these parts cheaper in the classifieds section in this forum. Do a forum search for all of these things listed here, and you'll learn all the tips, tricks, and how-to's.

With the $200 you have left, get a new set of tires. After that, If you have any money left LOL you could get new bars and grips, and upgrade the clutch.

The stage 2 HC is useless even compared the the stage 1 the duration is too long and you loose power.
The CFM air box won't do you any better than the stock box with the lid off.
