You also got to remember a warrior with a r1 engine will weigh alot more than a stock warrior. As well the warrior is not quite as aerodynamic as a R1 therefore I would beleive it to be significantly slower.
I had a guy who was good at welding aluminum build a tab that had broken off a motorcycle I had. Jug had to come off and it was done very carefully, too much heat in that area and you're out a cylinder.
Tried out my new pipe, czr, and realized my jetting was way off. Going back to stock from a 150 and see how that treats me. I'm at an elevation of 3000 feet. I'm liking the sound of the czr though, nice low rumble at idle but a bit on the louder side.
Must be straight and be willing to ship to Canada. I'm thinking it should cost 20 or less for shipping, I had a Banshee rear shock shipped for $26 and change. LMK.
One other possibility is if you changed the oil. Different grade of oil that maybe a little thinner than the previous. Wouldn't actually "cause" it to smoke but if the previous oil was thicker it could have masked the problem that is causing it to smoke.
Lots on ebay for around 260-270 with free shipping in the US. Problem is the shipping, anywhere from 30 (not bad) to 80+ (these people are brain dead) to get it to Canada. I keep submitting best offers on some, target price for me is 250-260 shipped. I'll get it eventually.
So far so good. Holding up better than expected. Time will tell though as I have to wash it right away here after a day of muddy trail riding. I think with a powerful enough pressure washer it will strip. I have not chipped it yet and it has taken a few branch strikes. I would not reccomend...
