    You will need the carb, the correct throttle cable, the correct carb boot, and make sure the air filter will fit on it. Also I am sure you will have to mess with jetting and the other settings to get it dialed it correctly.

    Couple things. Your cam chain may be too tight. It's hard to tell from that video, but it looks like it might be. Second is that you have to adjust the tapit/jam nut on that valve. You need a feeler gauge and it should be somewhere around .004 of an inch. Or your valve may be bent like Jeff...

    I would go with a 150 main and a 45 pilot to start. I personally would buy a couple different sized jets though. Like a 42.5 and 45 pilot, also a 147.5 and 150 main.

    HD Valve springs would be a great investment. If you are doing all that, you are going to want to upgrade your cam. Some other guys on here are better versed than I am with the aftermarket cams and such. Also, NEVER buy anything from a dealer unless you absolutely cannot get it anywhere else...

    It is most likely your accelerator pump. Without that working correctly, it does not push out enough fuel and will bog/stall your quad because it is getting too much air compared to the amount of fuel. Make sure your accelerator pump rod is moving freely. Also, you should do the valve stem...

    You put a valve stem cap on top of the accelerator pump rod. Makes a huge difference. You really need the pen spring and the valve stem cap to really have an effect.
