Jetting, Gearing, and CLUTCHING:

Clutching: 47 gram weights, w/ black magic black spring

Secondary: 58/54 helix, green spring

Jetting: 300main and 27.5 pilot

Gearing: 18/40

this is a snow cross set up, and it is an animal in the trails... when we hit lakes it will cap out around the upper 80's lower 90's but will hill climb, jump, and carve like a monster... i have fresh rebuilds in all my shocks and fatboy springs in back... the Nology wires made a huge improvement and they are really not very $$$. I also run a ripsaw 1in track with 96 gold diggers V formation...

i am not sure about yours but when i rebuilt mine the clutching was DESTROYED, every fiber washer and pin had to be replaced they where so shot, and all the weights where ovaled out horrible... and i thought it ran pretty good, after the changes and replacement parts, it was a night and day difference! if you are intrestd i have a fully powdercoated (gloss black) skid i would sell pretty cheap.

for sure no worries just figured i would offer... if you need anything or have any questions let me know we have done a few of them... (zr's)

Hahah ya man. That's what we ride all the time, the signs are messed though. We always get guys coming to my house and asking where the next part of the trail is which goes to tweed.

Looks like a nice sled man.
Not a big cat fan, but their alright..
I need to get some pics of my 86' Indy triple. It doesn't look like we're gonna get much snow this winter, so it might go under the knife for some much needed tlc.

I bet that new paint is like Alex's bumper, gives it at least 25 more horse. JK. It looks really nice. Wish I had a sled but our snow don't last long enough to justify it.
