I have a 2000 wolverine 350 that the woodruff key sheared on. In turn it banged up the woodruff key keyway. Is there any way to fix this without replacing the crank? I would have to replace the cdi rotor because it scraped up the inside of it. I just don't want to waste money on this four wheeler if it isn't going to be a permanent fix.

As long as the crank is relatively undamaged, all you'll need is a new key; if it galled up the shaft you will need to see a machinist to get it polished ($30 bucks ish); if it gouged it, get it welded, cut/machined, and re-polished ($200 bucks ish) depending on area and machinist.
