No you need the Diamond J Shock Conversion Kit, that's the widening kit you have linked.

What size 450 shocks do we need? I know that there are different lengths of yfz450 shocks

There 16.5 I beleave I ran them. You will need aftermarket arms or widening kit.

Does the combination diamond J mount and yfz450 shock change the front height. I don't want to widen my warrior but i'd like to upgrade to the yfz450 shocks, but I want to retain my factory ride height.

Also, does anyone know if the Diamond J mount works on the older 1st gen warriors. (87-89) I have an 87 and I see that their widening kit won't work on the 87-89 ones. I wasn't sure if the shock mount would work or not.
