Wil the 1995 carbs and back work on a wolverine 350 with a newer style carb

My question is what Carburetor's are compatible to work with the 1999 wolverine 350 4x4. My current carb is the one with the diaphram setup part number 4KB-14901-20-00. But i am wondering if i can use the older style setup such as the 1995 and back carb, part number
4KB-14101-01-00. i am aware if i switch i will have to buy the new intake boot that has the bolt holes setup instead of the clamp setup. But would that be compatible.
