My buddy put one of these in his 04 r6. He had no idea that when you pull stock tensioner, it automatically ratchets completely out. He set the new manual tensioner to match the stock one. Cranked bike, ran couple mins then locked motor up. I had to replace chain, tensioner, and guides. Also had to shim a couple valves because it very slight bent a couple and motor had a tick. Don't use these unless you know what your doing.

i love manual tensioner's... i run one on my R1 and had one on my cbr. i dont trust auto tensioner's
