Anyone ever have this issue?

It appears that the head is separating when the engine is under increased load.

It idols perfectly fine, but if you rev it, it will puff some smoke from I between the head and block.

I have a video below.

Any ideas?

Head gasket failiure due to incorrec torque or bad head bolts... My guess

Ya man did you torque the head bolts? Or maybe by change leave out the gasket to bump compression a bit and not use silicon? You very well could have stretched the studs to. Just giving you some ideas

Planning on re-checking torque. I did it on assembly, but I am thinking the bolts stretched or they loosened up.

Weird.

well i hope you get it fixed, but that was a cool video:iagree:
agree with^

Turns out my torque wrench is dead. I used a buddies this morning and it is all good.

Amazed at how well she ran wit the head not tightened down.

Running amazing now!
