my book says that the valves should be set to intake .06-.07 and exhaust to .16-.20 is this right because mine are really noisy

my book says
intake .06 - .10mm or .002 - .004inch
exhaust .16 - .20mm or .006 - .008inch

Manual is 1987 thru 1999.
But, I have used these specs on an 01 and 03 aswell and everything runs fine!

well im looking at my feeler gauge and it has 2 sets of numbers so on the one that says .006 under that it says .152 then under that it says MM so what do i go by im guessing the top number and it doesnt have inches

Stock Warrior Cam
.341" lift I/E
Valve Lash .00236-.00394" I / .00630-.00787" E
mine doesnt go that low its .156 on the .006 thing

.006" is thousands of an inch. It looks like I have them in inches you can go by that. .002 to .004 on intake. .006" to .008" exhaust.
