Type of Oil and amount

I don't have the owner's manual so can someone tell me the type of oil and amount to do an oil change with AND without a filter change.

I am in TX so if the oil has a temp range give me the oil for hot range. thanks

I just changed my oil and filter on a 01 350 for first time and used a full 3 qts of valvoline atv 10w-40. Next time i will use a little less than 3 qt i overfilled just a little. Hope this helps...
