yo guys, what the easiest do it yourself way to mount new skins....the board and the truck method to break the bead?? then prybars to work the tire off? I change car tires with a long screw driver and a bar with a towel so nothing gets scratched... anything easier for the smaller wheels?

These tires are stiff as ****, you'll have alot of trouble with them. I've seen people do car tires the same way, then try quad tires and give up.

I just paid a local mechanic with a machine $20 to change all 4.

I would at least give it a try with some irons before I payed to have them changed, but I'm tight as the bark on a tree.
Go to wherever you do your tire business (automotive etc....) and they may change them for free if you do a fair amount of business with them.

Just make sure they have a machine that's safe for aluminum rims, where the prying head doesn't actually touch the rim. I keep hearing that normal ones damage the wheel.
