Also my new piston is 1.0 over, what cc is this?(says 1.0 on the piston)
 
Nasty.....but I've seen the valve actually break like that and end up lodged into the piston head.

Yeah, actually my brothers 400ex just jumped it timing not to long ago and the valve went into the piston.
