Just wondering but does anyone else feel that lil slack when you frist take off like there's a half inch or less amount of slack when you first put it in gear and let off the clutch? And yes my chain is TIGHT.... ;D

Id say your sprocket hub. All of them have some play. A solution to this would be to get a smaller drill bit and drill and tap a hole in the axle/srpockt hub about a 1/4" down in like 3 spots.... that should keep it from moving. and wont really weaken the axle much at all, since its really thick there and its a lower stress point.
