Shindy Kit Rebuilding Mikuni Carb Question

Hello everyone.

I'm in the process of rebuilding a Mikuni carb with a Shindy Kit (stock 88 warrior). While I was spraying the carb out with cleaner, I noticed a small brass o-ring that must have fallen out - there seems to be a replacement for it in the kit as well. After hours of research and trying to decipher the low-res pics in my repair manual, I cannot figure out where this bushing is located. Additionally, I'm struggling with a thicker rubber o-ring is located that came in the kit.

I circled the (2) o-rings in question on the attached picture.
