There are multiple ways.
You can heat them up with a heat gun and slice through them with a razor.
Or use a jigsaw cut them. Then sand off the excess plastics strands and go over it with a blow torch lightly to make it look normal again.
It's pretty much whatever works man. Good luck

Make sure you either make a template or draw your lines out on the fenders first so that both sides are the same size and shape when you are done.

Good idea I thought using masking tape and eyeballing it was good but a template is much better

I couldn't get a damn razor and torch to work at all, so I used a dremal then sanded with 180 320 and 1000 it feels like a factory mold

I'm probably going to sketch it with a pencil and cut with dremel.
