Hey guys, need some help. I picked up a 1988 Yamaha warrior about 2 weeks ago and I’ve been going through it. Runs great, no smoke, reverse works neutral works. The one thing I’ve spent two days trying to figure out.. my reverse light stays on when forward is selected, but turns off when reverse is selected. I believe that’s suppose to work the other way around. I’ve check the reverse switch on the lever, and on the engine both seem to be working. I have no idea why it’s working opposite of what it should be. Any ideas?
