About a week ago my cam shaft broke because the pin that goes through the sprocket broke. So now I have to find it and a washer i dropped down there by accident. So to find them I need to remove the crankcase but do i need to remove the flywheel? If so how? Please help me:iagree:

You don't have to split the cases. Most likely you can get away with taking the flywheel off (need a flywheel puller specifically for the warrior) and you will be able to look into the window below it in the case. You may seen them straight away, or you can poke around in there with a magnet wand and pick em up. Also, the flywheel is magnetic, and could have cought the pin and wasker.

I was looking around online and saw that you aren't supposed to use the old cam bolt? apparently it stretches the threads or something?
