Rebuild questions

Ok so I just purchased a 1999 warrior 350 with a bad motor I am ordering a hot rod stroked crankshaft and vertex stroker piston both are rebuild kits! will I have to modify anything for these products to work?

Installing:
hot rod stroked crankshaft
Vertex stroker piston
Getting angle valve job done while apart

Also how do I break in the motor after I get it back from the shop?

How many cc's? Your going to want a good cam, carb, bigger intake valve, and exhaust to let it breath. Maybe a port and polish too.
