which way do u turn the adjusting nut to stiffen the rear i bottomed it out earlier do u loosen or tighten it

tighten (clockwise looking overtop the shock)

stiffening the preload will raise the height

ok so i just tighten the back adjuster than im set right? also wen i jump if i just go over a jemp fast the front nose dives but if i cruise to the jump then punch it at the end it jumps is this normal with a warrior?

that's normal for any quad. you can't let off the throttle before you hit a jump or before you land, or it'll decelerate and it will pitch forward.

preload it before jumping helps with nose diving also
