Rear Brake?

Do I have to order the whole rear brake just to get that lil piston thing? The Allen key head bolt with the rubber cover?

If ya'll know what I'm talking about.

There is no pic in the link man, maybe try bikebandit.com they have lots of OEM parts and schematic pictures to break down.
