The continuing saga of my '87 Warrior continues. I'm going to try to pull the alternator rotor AKA flywheel. It seems to have lost it's magnetism. The manual says to only do this using the special Yamaha tool # YM-01404.

Is this the only way to pull it?

If so, anyone got a tool I can borrow? I'm assuming buying one would cost a couple hundred bucks like everything else on this attempted resurection. :argh:

Anyone know where one might be able to buy one that won't cost more than the ITP Hole Shot's I put on this thing right before it expired?
