Parking brake unresponsive

Hey guys, one more problem to solve, today I noticed that the parking brake seems to do nothing at all on my 02'. Adjusting the cable doesnt do anything and lifting the lever all the way on the back where the cable connects to the brake still allows for free rolling. any thoughts? thanks.

Ya delete it lol try adjusting it other then that and check the pads I got no idea me and my bunch. Have always just deleted it

So what parts of it do I delete, cable, get new levers and such? and where does the block off go?

Take the cable off and the block off goes on the rear caliper were the mechanism goes

Also there are some wires on the perch, take your hood off and floow them to where they unplug, unplug them then on the wiring harness wide of the wires plug them into each other.
