Sons quad is a 397 rappy. 04 with adjustable needle, cant seem to get it jetted perfect. What size jets are you stroker guys running?

bones has the 379 in his if i remember right he will be on in a bit probably

what are you running now and what is its symptoms?

Yes, 165, 25 pilot. No mid range power and cuts out or pops slightly at half throttle in midrange / lower midrange. Pretty much cruising around. But really gets after it on top end

If you can run it at wot and kill it without letting it idle that will tell about the main but if it idles and the plug is lighter tan its a tad lean on the pilot jet a half size to a full size so a 27.5-30 pilot and for the main you need to plug chop it to tell what it needs there

im running a 165m(little rich for my bike going to 162.5 soon) 55p but mid throttle is mostly controlled by the needle so where is your needle set?does it stumble in 1/8 throttle to 1/2 throttle rang ?

well start with the needle clip in the middle grove than do a plug chop at the trouble spot to see if it rich or lean in that spot then move the clip accordingly (up to lean it down to richen it) only move the clip one grove at a time

Bones, stumbles in the 1/8 1/2 throttle range. Mabey a dumb question but what is a plug chop?
