older year nose piece

does anyone know if an older year nose piece will fit right on a 1987 if the headlights are removed? I think they look alot better and im looking for one ! Anyone got one?

Ok few too many pops last night ! Yes will a newer hood fit on an 87 if the headlights are removed and either relocated or replaced? They are a little bit longer and look better I think! Hey yamarider .......Smartass!

I think they will fit.I have a red one with a small crack in it that you can have for free if you pay the shipping

You might have to cut some mounting brackets for the front, but the back will line up right.
